Are you looking for a non-judgmental space to process difficult experiences and gain clarity about repeating themes and patterns in your life and relationships?

With an attachment and trauma-informed foundation in evidence-based practices, I work with you to identify the drivers behind behavior and triggers. I balance attentive listening with active participation and meaningful feedback.

In addition to working with depression, anxiety, and trauma, I'm also passionate about helping individuals navigate the specific challenges associated with recovering from narcissistic abuse, infidelity, setting boundaries, low self-worth, and rebuilding trust within relationships.

Training

I've completed over 250 hours of post graduate training. The following is a list of some of the training that has shaped my approach:

Narcissistic Abuse & Relational Trauma

This area of practice is particularly meaningful to me. I am certified as a Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC), having completed the program led by Dr. Ramani Durvasula through Evergreen Certifications. In addition, I have pursued specialized training in areas including:

  • Grief & Loss in Narcissistic Abuse

  • Narcissism, Hypersexuality & Betrayal Trauma

  • Coercive Control and Power Dynamics in Relationships.

Therapeutic Approaches I Draw From

I use a blend of evidence-based and cognitive approaches, always tailoring my work to fit each person’s unique needs. Some of the training I’ve completed includes:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Motivational Interviewing

  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Schema Therapy (with Dr. Wendy Behary)

  • Gottman Method Level 1 (for couples, with Dr. John Gottman)

  • Taming Your Amygdala (anxiety-calming strategies)

Trauma Healing Approaches

Understanding trauma and how it shows up in patterns and relationships is foundational to my practice. I’ve received training in:

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

  • AEDP for attachment wounds (with Dr. Diana Fosha)

  • Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (with Dr. Sue Johnson)

  • Written Exposure Therapy (with Dr. Denise Sloan)

  • Complex Trauma & Shame work (with Janina Fisher)

  • Domestic Violence Risk Assessment & Safety Planning

  • In Her Shoes (an experiential IPV training)

Culturally Affirming Practice

Culturally affirming practice is a core value in my work. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, respected, and understood in the context of their cultural identities and lived experiences. This includes acknowledging the impact of systemic oppression, intergenerational trauma, and cultural strengths.
